I've altered the main HARP Site registration to force a file to be uploaded in order to confirm you really want to register. There have been silly mass registrations by spam bots, so i'm trying to cut this number down.

If you are having trouble registering, please make sure you have a valid zip file in your confirming test upload field. You need only make and upload a very small zip file to allow the registration to succeed.

Note: I've also pruned all old account that did not make any comments or uploaded any files. If you think you or one of your friends has an account they'd like to get back, they should probably re-register and then comment or upload a input file. This process might be prone to error, let me know if you have trouble logging in.
