FILERR_OUT_OF_MEMORY

I found a bug that occurs if you use imagecaches in system A and then run system B that doesn't have imagecaches but mess retains the options of a previous system A run. While recording system B, it write into the recording that the initial state was to mount an image in system A's device slots. For some reason this lets you still play and record system B, but with system A's recorded mount schedule. Thus when you playback system B's recording it will try to mount devices that were never mounted or blank.

Easy fix for wolfmess 132 will be to just dont mount image caches that are set to blank (which is what system B's image caches should be.) But if you find an old wolfmess program (as far as i can see this could happen to any wolfmess version if you've previously used imagecaches) that gets this error on the initial playback of an input file, send me the inp and i can remove the faulty mount schedule and get it to work. (or patch that version of wolfmame to ignore the bad mount schedule.)
